Documentation
Welcome to Trackr
Trackr is a mentorship platform for programs that want to keep every mentor–mentee relationship active and accountable. This guide covers how to get set up, the core concepts, and the day-to-day workflows for both program admins and mentors.
Quick start
- Open your workspace at
your-team.trackr.app(or via the sign-in page). - Admins: add your mentors and mentees, then create pairings.
- Mentors: log your first meeting and set goals for each mentee.
- Watch the dashboard — Trackr flags any pairing that goes quiet.
Key concepts
Workspaces
Each program gets its own isolated, branded workspace. Your data, members, and branding never mix with another team's.
Roles
Trackr uses role-based access: admins manage the program, roster, and settings; mentors log meetings and set goals for their assigned mentees.
Pairings
A pairing connects a mentor to a mentee. All meetings and goals are tracked against the pairing so progress and history stay in one place.
Building your roster · Admins
From the admin area you can add mentors and mentees, edit their profiles, and assign pairings. Mentees can also be tracked by program stage, which determines the expected meeting cadence.
Approving mentors · Admins
When someone requests access from the sign-in page, they land in a pending queue. Approve them with one click and they're added to your mentor list and able to sign in.
Meeting cadence & inactivity flags · Admins
Trackr expects a different meeting cadence depending on a mentee's stage in the program. When a pairing hasn't met within its expected window, Trackr flags it so you can follow up before the relationship goes cold.
Dashboard & AI insights · Admins
The admin dashboard shows program-wide health at a glance — active pairings, meeting volume, and flagged relationships. AI-generated insights summarize trends and call out what needs attention.
Logging a meeting · Mentors
Open a mentee and log your session. Meeting notes are required — they keep context with the relationship instead of in your head, and they make the program's history searchable later.
Setting goals · Mentors
Add goals for each mentee and update them as they progress. Goals turn open-ended check-ins into measurable development you and your program lead can both see.
Requesting access
Don't have an account yet? On the sign-in page, choose Create account, enter your workspace name and details, and submit. An admin will approve your request before you can sign in.
Sign-in & SSO
Every workspace supports email and password sign-in. Single sign-on with Google and Microsoft is available on the Enterprise plan. Forgot your password? Use the Forgot? link on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.
