These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trackr mentorship platform. By using Trackr, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Trackr on behalf of an organization, you agree to them on that organization's behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. New accounts may require approval by a workspace administrator before access is granted.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Trackr only for lawful mentorship-program purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to access data outside your workspace, interfere with its operation, or use it to store unlawful or harmful content.

Your data

You and your organization retain ownership of the program data you put into Trackr. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.

Availability

We work to keep Trackr available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. See our status page for current system health.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Trackr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination, your organization may request export of its data within a reasonable window.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
