This Privacy Policy explains how Trackr ("Trackr," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mentorship platform. By using Trackr you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information you and your organization provide to operate the platform, including:
- Account information — name, work email, role, and the workspace you belong to.
- Program data — mentor and mentee profiles, pairings, meeting logs and notes, and goals you record.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as sign-in events and activity needed to keep your account secure.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and improve the service — maintaining your workspace, tracking meetings and goals, generating program insights, flagging inactive relationships, and supporting your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Data isolation
Trackr is multi-tenant. Each workspace's data is isolated from every other workspace. Members of one organization cannot access another organization's data.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate Trackr (such as hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We retain program data for as long as your workspace is active. Your organization's administrators can request export or deletion of workspace data.
Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact your workspace administrator or reach us at the address below.
